When I started this blog I didn't know what to expect but what actually happened is that I have a diary of what's been going on in my life since I started it. It also gives me a chance to share some of the many pictures I take on a daily basis. This is for me but if you enjoy it then all the better.

Circular Walk at Barbury Castle

Frost on Boots [Enlarge & More]
It was a crisp morning with frost on the ground and up at Barbury Castle along the Ridgeway it was cold. The circular walk takes in 5 miles of which some is along the Ridgeway. On the drive up there we spotted a bird of pray which looked like an Eagle of all things. It was a big magestic bird and looked a lot like the eagles I'd seen on the Galapagos Islands.

There were not many people about; a cyclist and a couple of hardy runners. Other than that it was peaceful and a great way to start the day. We used a walk we had found on the National Trail site.
